Staying healthy through challenging times is some times difficult. I am a health conscience person, exercise a lot and eat healthy. My biggest issue is to stay unaffected by today’s negativism. Here are somethings I have found works for me. Stay connected with people you enjoy and make you laugh! Do your best to remain optimistic. Be spiritual, with what this may be for you. Be playful, attempt new things. Give back to others who are less fortunate than you. Don’t spend time on things you cannot control. My challenge is to find strength in adversity, get over it and move on.
