Rich and I decided to take a drive and hike for Father’s Day. We drove the short distance to Yankee Meadows, I must say it was just beautiful this spring. It took us about an hour and a half to walk around, the lake is full so there are two areas you need to navigate for this but well worth the time. The activities there are designated ATV trails, hikes, fishing, small craft boating and camping. Yankee Meadows is on route between Parowan and Brian Head Resort.
