Buyers are confused by what is included in the purchase of a home, good rule of thumb always address in writing what you want. Built-in appliances are typically included unless otherwise stated. This would include the stove, dishwasher and a built in microwave. Beings refrigerators are moveable as well as a washer/dryer, they are not considered “built-in”.
